EU Inside&Out is an inclusive LGBTQI+ network for Brussels EU professionals, offering exclusive space to connect, discuss and share experiences.
Launched in 2024 off the back of the successful Rainbow Agri-Food Alliance (RAFA) meet-ups, it now hosts a series of events that bring together voices from across the EU Bubble.
Above all, our aim is simple: empower the community and help LGBTQI+ professionals achieve success on their own terms.
EU Inside&Out is powered by its community. Whether you’d like to help run events, shape the network’s direction or simply stay in the loop, there are easy ways to get involved. We’re always happy to hear from people who’d like to contribute a little time and energy to the network. Volunteers help us to:
Volunteering is more than just giving time; it's an opportunity to meet new people and directly contribute to a cause you care about. Emma, Dan, Ilaria and Mateo will ask about your interests, our current needs, and find a role where your personal passion aligns with our organisational needs.
You can empower our mission by engaging in one of three powerful ways: joining us as a hands-on, dedicated individual volunteer to lend your time and expertise directly; becoming a generous personal donor whose financial contributions provide essential, flexible resources; establishing a partnership as a corporate entity that collaborates through grants and in-kind resource donations.
We are always hosting exciting events! To ensure you have the most current details, please visit our dedicated events page.

Few words from our members and community. Have a look and see what matters to us.
"EU Inside & Out came from a simple need: connection. Even in ‘inclusive’ workplaces, LGBTQI+ professionals can still feel isolated or unsure about being visible. I founded this community to offer a trusted space to meet peers, build friendships, and have thoughtful conversations about lived experience and rights — with credibility, care and joy."
"In a moment when rights are questioned and progress is never guaranteed, having a community like ours is not optional, is essential. We stand together to protect what we've built and to make sure no step forward is ever lost."
Our Newsletter will come soon. Stay ahead of the curve! Subscribe for the latest updates on next events, guest speakers, and policy updates on LGBTQI+ rights.
